  • 1 packet of EBOOST® SPRUCE
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream/milk/almond milk - your preference
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice
