Trent coaches clients through functional strength training workouts designed to make them stronger mentally and physically. And when he’s not in the gym, you can find him in the water - on a stand up paddleboard! Trent maintains his rigorous schedule with EBOOST and recommends it to his clients. Why do you use EBOOST?

EBOOST plays a big role in my everyday workouts as well as my clients workouts from in the gym to on the water. The energy and focus, plus all the vitamins and minerals it provides, gives us the boost we need to have the best workouts. I take a EBOOST pack or shot every time I go out for a paddle session, it keeps me hydrated and full of natural energy to help with my performance.

What’s your workout routine?

My workouts change so I really never the same workout twice. I always pick three to five exercises and do 20 reps of each exercise, repeating four to six times. My workouts last from 20 to 40 minutes. But here’s what a typical week looks like: Monday
  • Paddle session of seven to ten miles of open-ocean paddle
  • A 30 minute full body light workout with dumbbells and resistance bands of three exercises with four rounds of 20 reps per exercise
  • A 20-minute full body stretch
Tuesday
  • Kettlebell Workout with box jumps or rower machine for cardio. I do five exercises with four rounds of 20 reps
Wednesday
  • Paddle session of five miles for time
  • Full body workout with tires, ropes, sandbags, med balls and body weight. Five exercises, four rounds, 20 reps
  • 20-minute full body stretch
Thursday
  • 3-hour paddle session to get as many miles as possible
  • 20-minute full body stretch
Friday
  • Full body workout using kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight.Five exercises, four rounds, 20 reps
Saturday
  • Hike, beach runs, Paddle, bike ride, and stairs. I pick two of them and conquer!
Sunday
  • 2-hour paddle session to explore. This is an easy paddle and try to go somewhere new

What do you eat?

My diet is basic: chicken, turkey or fish with veggies. I eat oatmeal and rice as my main source of carbs. I drink at least a gallon of water a day with one or two EBOOST servings.
