Rebecca Grande began her bodybuilding career only two years ago after a long recovery from two shoulder surgeries. But this 40-something mom is a powerhouse in the gym and on stage. I use EBOOST because it gives me the energy and focus I need for my clients and my training!
What’s your workout routine?
My workouts are split by large body part/small body part. I work out six days a week, and have legs and shoulders twice in there. I do cardio almost every day except leg day but I don't go crazy, mostly sprints or the stairmaster on intervals.
What do you eat in a typical day?
My diet is rather simple as long as the prep is done! I eat every three hours and each meal consists of a specific amount of protein, carbs and fats. The protein stays the same but the carbs decrease and the fats increase with each meal. Since my days are very long, I usually get in between six and seven meals each day!
