14-1113 Polo Yoga Last weekend the 2014 USPA U.S. Open Women’s Polo Championship was held at the Houston Polo Club. It’s the nation’s most prestigious title in women’s polo. One of the top players,  24-year-old Isabella Wolf has a secret weapon: yoga! Isabella uses yoga like many of us do - to strengthen her core and improve balance. In an interview with Self Magazine she says, "I chose these poses since they are accessible to many levels of yogis yet provide deep stretches in crucial tight places, especially for equestrian athletes."
